NOTE: ALL CHECK IN GUESTS SHOULD ARRIVE AT OUR DESIGINATED PARKING LOT AT MARGUNDA VILLAGE BEFORE 5 PM FOR TRANSFERS TO HULIVANA AS ENTRY INTO THE FOREST IS PROHIBITED AFTER 5 PM.
Guests should not attempt to reach the resort from the road end ( 11 kms )or village on their own. Guests who prefer to trek,off-road or cycle from village/ road end to resort should inform at the time of reservations or prior to arrival. hence allowing our guides to escort the guests safetly to the resort without the risk of getting lost.( guiding service is complimentary )
Transfers ( 4 x 4 Wheel Jeep ) – & Jeep Charges to be changed Rs.1000 per person for 2 pax

REFUND : No refunds will be issued in cash. Refunds will only be issued in the form of credit to be applied for future reservations (subject to availability). There will be no refunds for cancellations 8 days prior to check in date .There will be no refunds for no shows, early departure, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations, meals, activities, or services are non-refundable.
no refunds can be availed during festival & holiday season. There will be no refunds due to airline delays or acts of GOD, including any weather-related issues.
