2 villas & 1 lumberjack cabin. Villas, cabin & staffroom are spread far from each other, for a Living-alone-in-the-woods experience

Stone gabled villas with a split-level Alaskan bedroom. Hard wood floors with wide French windows on each wall for an inside-yet-living outside ambience and a cozy fireplace hid in a corner.. Luxurious Attached bathroom with 24 hr hot water & tread on bare feet cobble stones.

The 2 Villas are perched upon the leeward slope of digkal beta facing a lullaby brook. Step outside the window for a walk in the clouds or stand still & behold a panorama of the dense sprawling rainforest below.

The lumberjack cabin is situated besides a pond & the dizzying high hill grew out of its back yard. The snug-as-a-bug wooden cabin on stilts poses in-between the picture postcard view. To accommodate 2+1 pax. Common (not attached) toilets with 24 hr hot water.

A wooden gazebos mounted on stilts is from where one may spot a racquet-tail, star gaze or even read a book. If not, during meals turning it as a dinning hall.

A 4 in 1 furnace for cook, fry, bake & bar-be-que has been built for the purpose of alfresco / outdoor cooking. (If guests prefer to cook a dish)

Tented accommodations ( subject to season )

A Shola grass patch nestled between a stream & a bamboo groove is a natural clearing where tents will be pitched ( on prior request ). Accommodations in dome tents (with sleeping bags / carrymats) is available from Oct to May. Common toilet facility with 24 hr hot water.

All meals served include veg or nonveg buffet. Breakfast is a mix of continental, lunch & dinner served is Malnad / South-Indian cuisine.

Owing to its remoteness, there is no grid electricity to supply power.
However we generate our own electricity ( 2 kv ) with a hydro turbine July to February.
